I have a high regard for the strengths and capacities of my clients and believe authenticity, respect, and humor promote healing, change, and growth.

Therapeutic goals reflect the client's desire to increase life functioning and satisfaction and can include the following: reducing symptoms of depression and/or anxiety, making personal changes, working through change or loss, strengthening relationships, exploring what feeds and nourishes one's spirit so life can be more fully embraced and enjoyed.

Sometimes people have a general sense of wanting to live a more satisfying life and not exactly sure how to get there.  In our fast-paced world therapy can be the place to slow down resolve troubling issues, reconnect with what is most important.

You may schedule a 30 minute consultation at no charge for those who wish to meet me, ask questions, and hear about my approach to working with people.  One meeting will help you to clarify what you are wanting to gain or change and how we might get there together.

I use play therapy with children and incorporate expressive therapies in my work with creatively curious adults.
